Whippet wrote:Leslie, I'm sorry to hear the news from the Oncologist wasn't that good, but please try to stay positive and try and eat healthy. You are in my everyday prayers and sometimes things happen that just can't be explained. My mom shows no evidence of cancer today - and in 2002 she was diagnosed with Stage IV Amelanotic Melanoma. There was no treatment for it because chemo and radiation aren't effective treatments, and if a patient enjoys a high quality of life, they just aren't going to put them through the treatment. So I hope and pray for you that you are one of the unexplained ones to receive grace. Her Oncologist doesn't have an explanation why the Petscan shows no cancer today. Hugs.

Leslie, this is what I am hoping for you!! Wouldn't it be sooooo awesome to show that there is NO sign of cancer in your body soon???? We love you!! Hugs and prayers to you!

Leslie, I too have tears in my eyes as I am reading everyone's replies. First because I am sad about the news you received and second because of all of the love that is pouring out of everyone's messages. I will continue to keep you in my prayers, you will beat this!

We're here for you!

Hang in there...I know that you are going through a tough time.

Have you considered alternative treatments? Check out this

http://www.west.net/~cure/hoxsey_clinic.htm

I have had a few of my family members go there and follow the program. 2 are now cancer free (one ovarian/uteren and the other breast) and my grandmother (82 yo) has been being treated for the past several years for breast cancer. This past trip they said her cancer had shrunk almost to the point of not finding it. They said she will probably never be completely cancer free due to her age.

They have done some amazing work there! One of the biggest things and you can do it now is to get off ALL animal products and switch to a more alkaline diet. Cancer cant grow as easily in an alkaline system. Here's a food list to help you if you decide to check this out.

You are in my thoughts.
