Another fun weekend at CKC Valley Forge. I was there Th, F and Sat, took 9 classes and shopped!!
Photoshop Elements #1: Great class, great teacher. Hope this is offered again as I will take #2. Have to practice #1 stuff first. I did go and buy her 2010 Class #5 organizing class info at the booth as well as the book.
Boxer Palooza: my third time. LOVED IT as usual. Angie has a great sense of humor and an easy way about her. Perfect after the brain drain of #1 PSE
QQ Kids Explosion: Michelle as usual, brilliant. I finishe the whole project but I tend to work ahead. Cool explosion type foldout for the layouts.
Latest and Greatest Basic Grey: I take this class every year. Fast paced but no problem. I finished all layouts in class. Love the paper and companion pages $12 at the booth. Shelby as usual was informative and I always learn something new.
Quick and Classy MME: First class with this company. Like the layouts. Finished in class. Sorry, can't remember the instructor at the moment.
Calling All Boys QQ: Michelle again, love her. Finished most in class.
Scrappin w/Sketches: arrived late for this one so a little frazzled. Would have liked more reasoning behind the sketch to layout thought process.
Think Ink: Good class with very pregnant teacher who was lovely to listen to. Masked on stamp for first time and I will use this process again.
Gifts Galore with Food: Unfortunately, class kits were missing from the room. The poor instructor was frazzled but managed to keep it together. She is sending us candy bags with our kits in the mail in 2 weeks. Felt badly for her.
Sat Crop: a reall GOODY BAG!!! Round tables are not my favorite and the room was Freezing. Everyone won a prize of somesort and some fun games were played. A little livlier than my first Sat crop 3 years ago.
Rumor is that this CKC will be in Lancaster next year. I hope that they work something out re: parking fees daily. Paying for parking will really stink.
