ckc-Cincinnati: Problems modifying registration

I registered over a month ago. Now, I am trying to modify my registration - but am unsuccessful. I have followed all the instructions on-line, but to no avail. I have called and emailed NUMEROUS times, but I am NOT getting a response. HELP!!! I am desperate. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I am really frustrated that no one is responding to my emails nor phone calls.

I know where your coming from when it comes to getting a response from CK- I've called an email them multiple times with no answer.. You might want to check out the clubcreatingkeepsakes.com they have a very active message board it's free to sign up and you can post there and you'll probably get more response.. Hope this helps.
