I attended the VF CKC this year and renewed my subscription for CK with KAS (the company providing renewals- they had a booth in the vendor faire). It was a good deal, but the renewal hasn't been applied to my account yet! It's been over 3 months. When I call CK subscription services they say they can't help me since I used an outside company. I haven't been able to reach anyone at KAS. Has anyone else had this issue?
