I did get a hold of someone at KAS and they were very helpful. They had my info and said it was sent onto CK; there was apparently a bit of delay in processing the orders, not sure if this is from all CKCs or possibly just from VF. The person at KAS said if I ended up missing an issue due to the delay, to call them and they would send me the missed issue. Can't ask for more than that!
