KAS publications and CKC

Hi, everyone-

I attended the VF CKC this year and renewed my subscription for CK with KAS (the company providing renewals- they had a booth in the vendor faire). It was a good deal, but the renewal hasn't been applied to my account yet! It's been over 3 months. When I call CK subscription services they say they can't help me since I used an outside company. I haven't been able to reach anyone at KAS. Has anyone else had this issue?

I did. It was almost two months for KAS and CK to update their files. Call KAS, there CS is great ! They sent me three months of CK from their warehouse and told me to call them if I missed any issues. My CK subscription finally started and I received two issues the same one from KAS and one from CK...called CK and told them about the delay..they too were great and said that their third party subscription company KAS had done so well at CKC that they were behind in updating their subscriptions...and added another month to mine !

Thanks for your reply, Coljar-

I did get a hold of someone at KAS and they were very helpful. They had my info and said it was sent onto CK; there was apparently a bit of delay in processing the orders, not sure if this is from all CKCs or possibly just from VF. The person at KAS said if I ended up missing an issue due to the delay, to call them and they would send me the missed issue. Can't ask for more than that!
