It is enough to make me realize that I don't need a no spend...this girl does. There must be $50,000.00 worth of stuff in there. I feel vindicated. She must be in the business or have a serious shopping problem. Great organization though. If I had that it would look like a tornado ripped through Las Vegas. I can't keep what I have organized.

Wow!

Glad I'm not the only one running numbers -- sometimes I've doubted, but it's confirmed, that despite my husband saying I need a 12 step program, I've got it under control!

I think she is very organized and I appreciate that. If this were my room I would be hosting crops at least once a month because I would want to share this great space with my friends.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that sees these rooms and is only mildly jealous - all that comes at a price: either they make a very good income, they are in the SB business, or she's in lots of debt! None of that applies to me so I'll have to love my little space and little supplies! (I'm a major wet-blanket aren't I?) :)

You know, not that long ago a gals' scrap room was posted over here without her permission/knowledge and similar comments were made ("that's a lot of stuff", "store"...etc) and her motives for her room and whether or not her stuff got used was called into question and it became very hurtful to her while the commenters' may not have known. I know that none of us are intentionally calling rooms into attention to do that but I think we do need to be mindful that some people may be more sensitive to comments than others. I know for myself, I've been scrapping for ten years and my accumulation shows it. We may not be privvy to any personal information about this gals room and/or her circumstances in life, but I think we need to make sure this thread doesn't get out of hand.

Besides, we may have different comments if this gal was one of our regular posters here, we may not word our responses the same, whatever.

You're right Kelliannie, and I apologize for what I said.

I know that if ANY of us had a mega millions winning lotto ticket in our hands, or were given a blank check, our rooms would look like that as well.

I'm just amazed (maybe just jealous) at what people do have. My husband and I are in a very good financial situation, and I feel guilty that I spend about $75-$100 a month on SBing. Maybe that's because my husband usually spends nothing on himself.

I do have a lot more stuff than my friends, but I have a limit for myself. I have a 3 ft floor to ceiling cabinet with my small table. That's all the stuff I will allow myself to have. If I want more I have to use up what I already have. For several reasons, so I don't get too outdated, but primarily because I know myself, and I know I would spend so much time looking for stuff and not scrapping. I know that it would be hard to stay organized and I usually keep my SBing stuff pretty organized.

Everyone needs to make their own decisions, whether it's just them or a family to influence and help influence, it's not our place to judge what they do and how. I again apologize.

Kelliannie, I am glad you said something about this. I think we should be happy for her. :D She must have a lots of fun in that room, and her level of organization is impressive! She also seems to have a lot of spaces for company, and I, for one, would love to go scrap in that room!
When I posted my room a couple of weeks ago, people were very positive about it. My main goal was to share a great (and inexpensive) storage solution I had found, not to say "look what I have!"
I'm sure this scrapper just wants people who enjoy scrapping as much as she does to share in her excitement about her new room, not criticize her choice to buy a certain amount of supplies. And it's a good point to remember that this is a cumulative hobby! The only time my scraproom would make me guilty is if I did not use it, and perhaps she feels the same way about hers. Heck, if she just wants to collect things and look at them all day, then I say-"go for it". People collect stamps, rocks, and other things that don't really resound with me, but I still think that hobbies are important, and ultimately keep us from going crazy!!!
BTW, my husband likes to modify sports cars, and some days I wish he had chosen to collect rocks or a bunch of scrap supplies, LOL! :D :D :D

First off, let me start by saying Thank-You for all the compliments on my room. I was lead to this thread by someone that posted about my room on their blog.

And thank-you KellieAnnie & Jenn for writing the above :) Yes, some of the comments I've read regarding my room have been hurtful (not so much on here, but on another site). It doesn't really bother me that people say that my room looks like an LSS or that I have too much stuff.....I already know I have too much  Yes, I do love my room & I do love collecting stuff (Primas especially, as if you couldn't tell  ). Like Jenn said.....some people collect stamps, some collect rocks.....I collect Primas & paper & ribbons & ......well, you get the point :)

I did share my room in hopes that it would give other people ideas on how to organize their spaces, even if they just get one idea to use from it (seems like my curtain rods for hanging layouts have been the most popular one). I do use my stuff, including my Primas, but I doubt I will ever make enough of a dent in the bottles to show that.....it's like they multiple inside the bottles! LOL

Anyway, I just wanted to say Thank-you.....I appreciate all the compliments & comments on my room.
