I am so sad to read about this. I hope they can weather the storm. I am renewing my subscription now. CK is my one and only scrapbook magazine and I DO NOT want anything else.

OH NO!! Where will we go? I think they should contact the President and ask for some of those gazillions of dollars we've borrowed to stimulate......what are we stimulating again?

I don't think the sky is falling just yet. If we don't subscribe, then no revenue is generated. If we don't buy the products advertised, there is no further ad revenue and then the sky may fall.

Let's not lose hope. After all there's really not a lot of scrapbook magazine out there. That's why I'm still renewing mine. I'll take my chance and sacrifice my $24 if it means helping out a company I love. JMHO.

From what I am reading, I'm thinking it will be more of a restructuring kind of bankruptcy if that is what happens. Surely hope so. Seems that the parent company owns a lot of different mags in the craft field. So some of the less successful ones may go, but surely not our sb mag!

Ack! Hate hearing this--maybe they'll go online and just do quarterly paper issues. Hmmm...Or cut down the size instead? Something!!! I'm keeping the faith that they'll turn this around.

Absolute, because we could scrap a wonderful book on the wolves, should we be so inclined. I can see how those two things now go hand in hand. And probably makes enough sense for the government.
