Instructor Bio:

I have been a scrapbooker since elementary school, when I spent hours creating scrapbooks that contained pictures from magazines and cards and also my own drawings about all the things I loved best in the world: unicorns, teddy bears and rainbows. Those old, informal scrapbooks became a stepping stone to the first "real" scrapbooks that I began creating in 1996 when I fell in love with all the paper, stickers and decorative scissors I found at my local scrapbook store. Currently, my scrapbooks revolve mainly around my family, which includes my husband and three boys, ages seven, five and two. Along the way on my scrapbooking journey, I became interested in learning more about photography. I wanted to know how to take photos that could tell the important stories I wanted to tell about my family. I have enjoyed sharing what I have learned about photography at local scrapbook stores in my area.
