CKU Provo Bonus Workshops

The fun and learning don't end when class lets out for the day! Each night will bring even more inspiration at the Bonus Workshops.

Please bring the following student supplies: 12x12 paper trimmer, corner rounder, black journaling pen, paper piercer and mat, fine-tip scissors, 2" circle punch, regular hole punch, black and brown distress ink, stapler, mini glue dots and adhesive (both dry and liquid).

Class Description: What makes a layout stand out? In this class, you'll learn how to add that certain something to make your pages really sparkle. You'll create one double-page layout and learn techniques for enhancing premade papers and products to give them that "wow" factor. Options for either 8.5" x 11" or 12" x 12" page preferences will be given.

Student Supplies: paper trimmer, micro tip scissors, ruler, corner rounder punch, oval scallop punch, scalloped edge decorative scissors, paper piercer, adhesives (including pop dots and vellum tape runner), tweezers, several 3" tall photos cropped to various widths (one 4 1/4x3", two 4x3", one 3 3/4x3", one 3x3", three 2.5x3" one 1 3/4x3"), several 2" tall photos cropped to various widths (one 3x2", one 2.5x2", two 2 1/4x2", two 1.5x2")

Class Description: Taking a trip? You'll love creating this 11.75x5.75 chipboard album with acrylic cover. We'll make this project hip and cool... mixing vintage and contemporary styles together on a landscape background. Look for lots of special pieces in this class, including thermographic papers, acetate frames, shapes and more! This album is extremely versatile and will be sure to catch your attention. Oh... be sure to bring along some great photos!
