Help Wanted

Strictly Scrapbooking

We are looking for someone to help in our booth. We are a fast paced booth. Must enjoy working with people, be friendly, helpful and just be HAPPY! Must be able to stand on your feet ALL day. No Lifting limitations.

Responsibilities: Set up, bagging, helping customers, make-n-take and breakdown

Thursday 12 - 7pm SET UP
Friday 8 am - 6 pm 1 person
Friday 8am - 2 pm 1 person
Saturday 8am - 7pm ish Breakdown

You will receive a lunch break each day worked (deducted)
Compensation $10 per hour

We are looking for one person, ages 16 and older, no experience necessary, comfortable using a register very helpful, but any one that is willing is welcome. There will be a lot of walking and standing required. Below is the information on type of work, hours, pay, and job info. Any help would be appreciated. Fri. May 18th from 8:00am to 6:00pm (Show Day)
Sat. May 19th from 8:30am to 6:30pm (Show Day & Tear Down)

Job Description:

Meet me on Fri at 8:00am in front by registration and I will bring you a badge and get you in.
Pay is $10.00 an hour, paid in cash on Sat. May 19th at end of show.
30 to 60 min lunch each day, your choice. No pay during lunch.
Parking is not included.
Casual, but nice dress on show days (Jeans & T-shirt OK).
We will provide each person a badge to get them in and out of the convention center for free each day.
Work on show days will consist mainly of stocking and restocking product and facing product. There wil be at a lot of cash register work as well (Training provided) easy to learn and understand. There is a lot of walking and standing required on cement floors, but work is not hard or very physical.
Will be dealing with people all day. Very busy, very noisy atmosphere, most customers are very pleasant and easy to talk to. 98% of customers are women.
Any and all training is provided and is very simple and easy to learn. Only takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
There will almost always be an experienced person in the booth with you.
